When will I receive my refund?

We process refund requests as quickly as possible.

  • For payment-related issues or cancellations, refunds are completed within 3–4 business days.
  • For quality-related or dispute-based refunds, the process may take up to 14 days, depending on the case.

Please note: Some banks may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

How to request a refund

  • If you're unsatisfied with your paper or need to cancel your order, the "Refund" button on your order page is the official way to submit your claim.
  • You can also contact our support team anytime via phone, Live Chat, or your personal order page.
  • Once you file a refund request, our Dispute Resolution Department will review your claim and respond promptly.

Cancellations and Duplicate Orders

I want to cancel my order

If you decide to cancel your order, please reach out to our support team immediately through Live Chat or phone and confirm by messaging on your order page.

Refunds are issued according to your order's progress:

  • 100% refund – if no writer has been assigned.
  • 70% refund – if a writer has been assigned or if less than half of the deadline has passed.
  • Up to 50% refund – if over half of the deadline has passed.
  • Up to 30% refund – may be granted after delivery if the paper hasn't been downloaded and circumstances were beyond your control.

Note: Once a paper is completed and delivered on time, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still file a refund for quality concerns using the Refund option.

I paid twice for one order

If you notice a double charge, contact us right away and send both payment receipts to our support email. The duplicate transaction will be fully refunded as soon as it's verified.

I accidentally placed two identical orders

If you unintentionally placed duplicate orders, please cancel the unnecessary one immediately. Otherwise, both will be processed normally. Our standard refund policy will then apply, and a full refund may not be available.

Orders Related to Quality Issues

I'm not fully satisfied but will revise it myself (partial refund)

If the paper doesn't fully meet your expectations, you have several options:

  • Request a free revision;
  • Ask for a different writer;
  • Request a partial refund.

To request a refund:

  1. Click the Refund button on your order page within 14 days of approval.
  2. You'll receive an editable version of your paper to support your claim.
  3. Provide feedback or examples of the issues within 14 days.
  4. Our dispute team will assess your request and may approve up to 40% of your payment as a refund.

Note: If you don't provide required information within 14 days, your request will close automatically.

I'm completely dissatisfied and want a full refund

If you're entirely unhappy with the completed paper and wish to write it yourself, you can:

  • Request a free revision;
  • Ask for a new writer;
  • Request a full refund, provided you haven't approved the paper.

Once a full refund is issued, the document becomes the property of MiverWritings.com and may be published online for commercial use, linking back to our site if checked by plagiarism software.

To request a full refund, use the Refund button within 14 days of delivery and provide clear reasons or evidence. If your case is valid, up to 100% will be reimbursed.

Note: After you click Approve Order, only a partial refund may be granted.

Orders Delivered Late

If your paper arrives later than expected, please contact us immediately via your order page.

  • If the first version is delivered past the deadline, you may request a price adjustment based on the new delivery timeframe. (For instance, an 8-hour paper delivered 1 hour late is recalculated as a 24-hour order, and the difference refunded.)
  • For long-term orders (11–14 days or more), a 7% refund may be issued upon request.
  • If you don't approve a late paper, you're entitled to a full refund. The paper may then be published online and indexed by search engines.

Note: Delays caused by late file uploads or instructions from your side are not eligible for refund.

Late Revisions

Refunds and recalculations for lateness don't apply to revisions, as they follow separate deadlines.

When ordering, set your deadline early enough — ideally leaving a 30% time buffer — to accommodate revisions without stress.

Progressive Delivery Orders

  • If your order includes the Progressive Delivery option, you have 21 days after the final approval to request a revision.
  • Once a section is approved using "Approve Part", that portion becomes final and non-refundable.
  • The 10% Progressive Delivery fee is also non-refundable.

Printable Sources

  • If you order Printable Sources, the extra fee becomes non-refundable once the materials are provided.
  • If sources are missing upon delivery, this fee will be refunded in full.

No Writer Was Found for My Order

Although we work with many qualified experts, on rare occasions, we may not find a suitable writer for your request.

If that happens, we'll let you know and ask whether there's enough time to continue searching. If time runs out, you'll receive a full refund immediately.

If you requested a revision from another writer and none is available, our dispute team will review your case and process a refund if appropriate.

Refund requests must be made within:

  • 14 days of delivery (for full refunds), or
  • 14 days from approval (for partial refunds).

Automatic Order Approval

You have 14 days to approve your paper after the final version is uploaded.

If you don't approve or request a revision within that period, the system automatically approves your paper.

After automatic approval, you have another 14 days to file for a partial refund. After that, no refund is possible.

  • Provide accurate and detailed instructions, including all relevant files and links, before your writer begins.
  • Stay in communication with your writer for updates or clarifications.
